A congratulatory message is a special letter or certificate which is provided free of charge for Birthdays, Anniversaries or for a circumstance worthy of special recognition.  Depending on the occasion, a congratulatory message may be obtained from your Member of Parliament, the Prime Minister, the Governor General, or The Queen.

Requests may be made for the following occasions:

Requests must be made in writing, via either an online submission or on paper.
