Delivers on Innisfil Beach Park Improvements

Funds to Deliver Million Dollar Upgrades

Residents of
Innisfil will soon see significant
improvements to Innisfil Beach Park,
announced today Peter Van Loan, Member of
Parliament for York-Simcoe.
The federal
share of $333,300 (matched by the Province
and Town) will go towards enhancing
Innisfil's largest public park. The
improvements will include upgrades to
washroom facilities, beach shoreline
remediation and improvements to the boat
launch facility.
"Innisfil
Beach Park plays an important role building
our community, as a focus for local events,"
said Van Loan. "I’m proud that we are
working together to improve the Park’s
amenities for local residents to enjoy."
This project
is just one example of the government’s
commitment to stimulate the local economy
through the creation of jobs, now and in
progress, that will make York-Simcoe a
better place to live.
